Boise Vocations Trap Shoot
Join us on Friday, June 19, 2026, at the Boise Gun Club for a day of faith, fellowship, and friendly competition. The event will begin with Mass and breakfast, followed by trap shooting, games, raffles, prizes, and an awards luncheon. Up to 90 shooters are expected to participate.
Registration includes one trap event (two rounds of 25 targets), breakfast and lunch, and one raffle ticket.
Participants should bring a shotgun, hearing and eye protection, and legal trap loads (1 oz. or 1 1/8 oz., size 7.5 or 8 shot). Shotgun shells will be available for purchase at the Boise Gun Club, and a limited number of loaner firearms are available for those who need them. Shooters under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Schedule
- 7:30 a.m. – Mass
- 8:00 a.m. – Safety meeting, announcements, and flag ceremony
- 8:15 a.m. – Breakfast, registration, and practice shooting
- 9:00 a.m. – Trap Event 1
- 10:00 a.m. – Trap Event 2
- 11:00 a.m. – Trap Event 3
- 12:00 p.m. – Lunch and raffle prizes
- 1:00 p.m. – Awards and grand prize raffle
